INTRODUCTION
Welcome to XISTO.
Since 2001, XISTO has provided hosting and internet services to individuals, businesses, developers, organizations, and entrepreneurs around the world. Our mission is simple: provide reliable infrastructure, transparent service, and responsive support that helps our customers succeed online.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products and services offered by XISTO, including but not limited to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Business Email Solutions, Zimbra Collaboration Services, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Website Migration Services, and all related products and support services.
By ordering, purchasing, accessing, or using any XISTO service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any service-specific agreements that may apply to your account.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use XISTO services.
OUR COMMITMENT
At XISTO, we believe hosting is more than servers, storage, and bandwidth. Every website, application, database, email account, and online business hosted on our platform represents a project, investment, or livelihood that matters to its owner.
For this reason, we continuously invest in infrastructure, security, monitoring, and customer support to provide a stable and dependable hosting environment.
We strive to maintain transparency in our pricing, honesty in our communication, and fairness in our policies. Unlike many providers that require lengthy contracts or complicated commitments, our services are designed to remain flexible and customer-friendly.
We believe customers should remain with XISTO because they are satisfied with the service—not because they are locked into restrictive agreements.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Our relationship with customers is based on mutual respect and cooperation.
We are committed to treating every customer fairly regardless of account size. Whether you operate a personal website, a startup, an agency, or an enterprise infrastructure, our goal is to provide professional service and practical assistance whenever possible.
While the primary purpose of our support team is to assist with services provided directly by XISTO, we recognize that website ownership often involves multiple technologies, third-party applications, and external providers.
Whenever reasonably possible, our team will attempt to guide customers toward a solution, even when the issue extends beyond the strict boundaries of hosting infrastructure. Although we cannot guarantee resolution of third-party software, development, or design issues, we will make reasonable efforts to point customers in the right direction.
This customer-first philosophy has remained an important part of XISTO's approach since the company's founding.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
XISTO operates enterprise-grade hosting infrastructure designed for reliability, performance, and security.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee uninterrupted operation under all circumstances. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:
• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Hardware failures
• Software defects
• Security incidents
• Telecommunications outages
• Third-party provider failures
• Natural disasters
• Events beyond reasonable control
Whenever possible, planned maintenance activities will be performed during low-impact periods.
Our technical teams continuously monitor systems and work to minimize service disruptions while maintaining platform stability and security.
For Dedicated Server customers and qualifying enterprise services, additional uptime commitments may be provided through separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
DATA OWNERSHIP
Customers retain full ownership of all lawful content, databases, emails, applications, files, and information stored using XISTO services.
XISTO does not claim ownership of customer data.
All intellectual property rights associated with customer content remain with the customer or the respective rights holder.
Our role is limited to providing infrastructure, connectivity, storage, processing resources, and related support services required to operate the hosting environment.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses relating to the content they store, publish, transmit, or distribute through XISTO services.
We strongly believe that customer data belongs to the customer and should remain under the customer's control.
