MALWARE AND HARMFUL SOFTWARE
The following content is strictly prohibited:
• Viruses
• Worms
• Trojans
• Ransomware
• Spyware
• Keyloggers
• Rootkits
• Backdoors
• Botnet software
• Malicious scripts
• Malware distribution platforms
• Malware command-and-control systems
Accounts involved in malware distribution may be suspended immediately to protect other users and network infrastructure.
PHISHING AND FRAUD
Phishing activities are strictly prohibited.
Examples include:
• Fake login pages
• Credential collection websites
• Impersonation websites
• Banking fraud
• Cryptocurrency scams
• Social engineering attacks
• Identity theft schemes
• Fake payment portals

XISTO maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward phishing and related fraudulent activity.
EMAIL USAGE POLICY
Email services must be used responsibly.

RESOURCE USAGE POLICY
Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are designed primarily for website hosting purposes.
Accounts may not be used primarily as:
• File storage repositories
• Backup-only platforms
• Media archives unrelated to hosted websites
• Public download mirrors
• Data warehousing systems
• Content distribution systems beyond intended plan capabilities
Resource allocation must remain within the limits of the purchased service.
CRYPTOCURRENCY AND MINING
The following activities are prohibited on Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services:
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Distributed mining participation
• Mining pools
• Resource-intensive blockchain processing
• Unauthorized blockchain node operation
Such workloads may only be permitted on approved VPS or Dedicated Server services where resources have been specifically allocated.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers must respect intellectual property rights.
Prohibited activities include:

ADULT CONTENT

• No mitigation system can guarantee protection against every attack scenario
• Customers remain responsible for application-level security
• Certain attack types may require temporary traffic filtering or mitigation actions
Our objective is always to maintain service availability while protecting network stability.
FAIR USE PRINCIPLE
The majority of customers use resources responsibly.
To ensure fair access for everyone, XISTO reserves the right to investigate activities that consume excessive resources or negatively impact platform performance.
Where practical, customers will be advised regarding optimization opportunities or service upgrades before restrictions are applied.
Our goal is to support growth rather than impose unnecessary limitations.
ABUSE REPORTING
Customers and third parties may report abuse through XISTO support channels.
Examples include:
• Spam complaints
• Security incidents
• Malware reports
• Copyright claims
• Fraud reports
• Network abuse reports
All reports are reviewed by our operations team.
ENFORCEMENT
XISTO reserves the right to take appropriate action when violations occur, including:
• Issuing warnings
• Limiting services
• Suspending services
• Terminating services
• Removing harmful content
• Reporting illegal activity
Actions taken will depend on the severity and urgency of the situation.
POLICY CHANGES
