After a long journey, we're happy to announce that our new billing and support platform is now live.
This upgrade has been one of the most challenging projects we've undertaken as it involved transactions dating back to 2005. Many of you have asked about it over the years, and we understand the delays have been frustrating. Every time we got close to launching, we encountered new technical challenges that needed to be addressed properly.
We want to be transparent about what was involved. This wasn't a simple software update. To resolve longstanding issues and prepare for future growth, we made significant investments in both infrastructure and development. Much of our billing and ticketing backend was rebuilt and modernized to create a more stable, secure, and reliable platform. It required considerable time, effort, and resources, but we believed it was important to do it right rather than take shortcuts.
The result is a modern system with numerous bug fixes, performance improvements, and a much better foundation for future enhancements. Many of the issues previously reported by customers have now been addressed, and we expect your overall support and service management experience to be smoother moving forward.

IP Unblock Tool Temporarily Unavailable
Our previous custom IP Unblock tool is not compatible with the new platform and will need to be rebuilt from scratch. As a result, it is temporarily unavailable while we redevelop it for the new system.
Migration Verification Request
While we have thoroughly tested the migration process, we kindly ask all customers to log in to the new client area at:

Please take a few moments to verify that your products, services, domains, invoices, support tickets, and account information have been migrated correctly. If you notice anything missing or incorrect, please open a support ticket and our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
